Data Processing When Visiting the Website
When visiting our website, your IP address and the start and end of your session are recorded for the duration of the session. This is technically necessary and constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. This data is not further processed by us and is automatically deleted after the session ends.
Contact with Us
If you contact us by email, your provided data will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions for six months. We will not share this data without your consent.
Web Analytics
Our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. This is a privacy-friendly analytics solution that, unlike conventional tools, completely avoids the use of cookies. No cross-website tracking takes place (no "fingerprinting").
Only aggregated, anonymised usage statistics are collected (e.g. which pages were visited or which browser type was used) to optimise the technical stability and performance of the site. No personal data or IP addresses are permanently stored.
Hosting
We host our website with Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.). To provide the website, the host collects technically necessary log files. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in the technically sound and secure operation of our website in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Your Rights
You generally have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection regarding your data stored with us. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with us (office@kratky.tech) or the data protection authority.
